Let’s start with a photo frame. And again, creativity has no limits, just run your horses or you can take help from other posts also. But the decoration is anything you do with your colors and glue. Just enjoy making. this is not a race.

As we have discussed here we are going to make some simple and easy things with waste newspapers. So, the materials, you will need are:

Now, let’s discuss the steps needed to make this photo frame.

  1. Take a newspaper and make some rolls. Use glue to paste the end.
  2. Make 40 newspaper rolls. 5 rolls for each side.
  3. Paste 5 rolls together with the white glue. Make 4 groups of 5 rolls and cut the ends in slant.
  4. Take any watercolor and paint them.
  5. Now put cardboard under the frame and with photo in it, Paste the frame to the cardboard.

2. WALL DECOR WITH NEWSPAPER

Last week, my kids got their room. So, it was empty. It just had a bed, a study table, and a side table. While they were resting in their room, they felt that the wall is a little blank, therefore, need to make something for it. So, they ran to me and asked to teach them some decor that can decorate their wall. So, I searched and I found this, the easiest wall decor. Steps to make the wall decor.

  1. Make some rolls out of the newspaper.
  2. Paste the ends with white glue.
  3. Arrange the rolls horizontally & vertically and paste them. Color the craft with any color.

3. PHONE STAND FROM NEWSPAPER

While I was charging the phone and I noticed that I can make something for my phone too. A simple stand for my phone, and it would also save me from losing my phone every time. So, let’s make a phone stand for your phone also. the materials you will need are:

Now I will tell you the step you need to follow. it will be fun.

  1. Make some rolls out of the newspaper.
  2. Paste the rolls together with the white glue.
  3. Make 3 such crafts, one for the base, one for the stand, and one for the phone.
  4. Use white glue, and paste all the parts together.
  5. You may need some extra rolls to keep the back stand and the phone stands together.

4. CIRCULAR PENCIL STAND

I was sitting on my study table and I see my colors lying all over and therefore, I decided to do something for it. So, I google some pencil stands and this one was the new and stylish and the best part was it is made from waste newspaper. Also, if you don’t have old newspapers, you can use your old notebook pages too. So, the materials you need to arrange are:

  1. Some Newspapers
  2. White glue
  3. Color
  4. Decorative materials

Now, How can we make some useful things from the newspaper?

  1. Make some rolls out of the newspaper. and also make circles of these rolls using bottles.
  2. Use white glue, paste the circles in the shape of a flower as shown in step 1 of the image.
  3. Make at least 8 and paste them one over others.
  4. Take cardboard or newspaper and paste as a strong base to the stand.
  5. Your pen stand is ready.

Now your circular pen stand is ready, you are not going to lose your colors again. I am sure you enjoy crafting.

5. SMALL BASKET FROM NEWSPAPER

I was just searching for new things made from waste newspaper and I found a beautiful small basket that can be kept as a showpiece. it does not require any costly materials. so here you go.
Here are the materials you need to arrange before start making the small basket.

  1. Newspaper
  2. Craft glue,
  3. Color
  4. A pair of scissor
  5. Decorative materials (Pom poms, and Crepe Paper also you can have Glitters.)

Now I will tell you the step you need to follow to make the newspaper basket:

  1. Make some rolls out of the newspaper.
  2. Using the rolls, try to make a circle as shown in the picture above.
  3. Press the center of the circle and you have your basket cover.
  4. Make some more small circles using the same technique. Paste them over a large one.
  5. Paste the circles and make the basket.

You can paint the basket and paste some paper flowers also. The creativity is left for you. Enjoy crafting.
